Tour Policies

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

    Wolf’s Tours cannot assume liability as agents for hotels and other accommodations and cannot be held responsible for lack of performance by proprietors or their staff.

    All operations and their respective tariff will be within the operating authority assigned by the “Department of Transportation” and the “Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.” Wolf’s Tours reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person on their tours, and also to make changes in itineraries and prices.
  2. SEATING

    There will be no seats reserved on any tours. However, there may be rotation of seats on extend tours. Please Note: Travelers who have signed up as singles or odd numbered parties are expected to share a seat on the motorcoach with others.
  3. ALCOHOL & SMOKING ON BUS

    There will be no smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted on board the motorcoach. We do however make frequent stops on all tours.
  4. GRATUITIES

    The customary gratuity to escorts and drivers in not included. Such gratuities should be extended on a voluntary basis. Suggested gratuity guidelines are: $3.00 to $5.00 per person per day. Gratuities are however included for bellmen, doormen and dining room servers for meals which are included on the itinerary.
  5. CANCELLATIONS

    In the event you must cancel your tour reservation, notice must be received prior to the final payment due date in order to receive a full refund or unless otherwise noted. To protect your investment, Wolf’s Bus Lines recommends that you consider purchasing tour protection and/or trip cancellation insurance for all tours.
  6. LUGGAGE

    Passengers are permitted one large suitcase per person. Also, a small carry-on piece will be permitted however passengers are responsible for such items. Wolf’s Bus Lines is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  7. PARKING

    Wolf’s Bus Lines has acquired permission from several locations for you to park. However, parking in any lot with public access is done so at your own risk. Wolf’s Bus Lines and the owner of the parking facilities cannot assume any responsibility for theft, damage, vandalism, etc. that might occur to vehicles parked in any lot.
  8. REMEMBER

    You should not expect to find things precisely as they are at home, for you left home to find different things.
  9. SPECIAL NEEDS

    Wolf’s Bus Lines, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to accommodate all persons with special needs, however a 48 hour notice before departure is required.
  10. WARNING

    It is a federal offense, punishable by as much as life imprisonment, for any person to threaten or interfere with the operation of, or to harm or to make any attempt to disable a commercial vehicle or its driver. We reserve the right to refuse to transport any person(s) whose actions the driver deems, to be in violation of law, or any action that would affect the comfort of other passengers or would interfere with the driver’s ability to operate safely.
  11. ADDITIONAL WOLF TOURS

    For special events such as sporting, theatre, etc., check advertisements in your local newspapers. Please have your friends give us a call to be placed on our mailing and/or email list.
